Sure. Lots of them exist depending on what culture you are from. However, the best one I have found is to increase your fiber intake and reduce your carbohydrate/starches and sugars. Eat more fruit and veggies and less meat, potatoes and sugars.

In addition to changing your diet, there are some specific things that have shown to aid in faster weight loss. One is drinking lemon juice, diluted in water or herbal tea. Lemon juice is cleansing, a very effective agent in digestion and elimination. Another is including cayenne pepper or any kind of hot pepper or sauce in foods or broths as often as you can. Natural cayenne, especially, boosts metabolism and also aids in digestion and elimination. Both lemon juice and cayenne or hot peppers/sauces eliminate mucus and waste buildup, thereby speeding along weight loss and overall health. As it has already been said, an increase in fiberous foods and a decrease in sugar and simple carbohydrates is best for losing weight. If possible, a completely natural/organic diet is excellent for fast and healthy weight loss. Most natural whole foods such as fruits and vegetables, organic whole grains, nuts, seeds, etc. are high in fiber. And of course, don't forget to exercise!

I don't know of any home remedies that will help you to lose weight other than exercise. But even if you have a schedual like mine (main job 55-60 per week plus a second part time job) you can still manage to fit in some very simple exercise even for a tired body. I lost almost 10 lbs by simply changing my routine. 1. If you are going somewhere that is a couple of blocks away, don't drive, walk. You will save gas and a head ache from traffic. 2. While you are brushing your teeth do calf raises. Do this by lifting you heals off of the ground hold for a couple of seconds and then lower. Repeat until you are finished with your oral hygiene. 3. If you in a building and need to go to to the second or even the third floor use the stairs. 4. When you go to a store park a little farther from the building and take a brisk walk inside. 5. My cousin has a small trampoline that fit on the living room floor without moving furnitre. Jumping while watching your favorite shows will really get your heart rate up. 6. After you have finished eating your dinner take a short walk even if it is for only 15 minutes. You will not feel so heavy when you go to bed. 7. When you are leaving from work stop off on the third or fourth level and walk down the stairs. This will really work your thighs. 8. Stretching. While your are watching tv get down on the floor and stretch. This really feels good after a long hard day, relaxes your mind, improves blood flow, and it will keep your muscles limber. It seems like the more akward the position the better it feels. Sorry I could not offer any home remedies other than diet change, but I hope this helps.

I assume you mean in addition to getting exercise and eating sensibly. My grandmother used to swear by fennel tea for keeping her appetite low. You can make it at home by taking a tablespoon of fennel seeds and stewing in 2 cups of boiled water for 5 minutes. Strain and drink the infusion. You can also add the seeds, and indeed the fennel itself to casseroles and stir fries for a beneficial effect. I'm not sure what the scientific reason for this is, although from experience I can vouch that it does seem to take the edge off a hearty appetite- nettle tea seems to have a similar result, and is more readily available commercially.

EASY WAYS OF LOSING WEIGHT WITHOUT CHANGING WHAT YOU EAT; 1) eat at regular intervals- at least 3 meals a day. NEVER starve your body- it can actually result in a gain in weight and will inevitable end in you binging on unhealthy food. 2)ALWAYS finish eating B E F O R E you are full. 3) eat SLOWLY- if you eat to quickly, your body will not know when it is full. (also eating slowly prevents bloating)

One simple thing that worked wonders for me: increase your intake of water. I lost 50 pounds in about 5 months by just adding more water (with lemon) to my day. I drink about 64 oz a day at work, and another glass or two when I get home.

Cutting down your fat and your portions and getting exercise. Stop eating before you feel stuffed. There's no "magic pill" or home remedy except for sensible eating. I learned that when I joined Weight Watchers. I've tried lots of diets that didn't work. I've lost over 80 lbs on WW and kept it off. It's not so much a diet as a sensible eating lifestyle.

If you have about 30 to 40 minutes a day, trying pumping the radio (cd player, ipod) put a pair of sweat pants on and maybe a tank top, and start dancing. It helps with both burning calories and helps to make you feel more sexy. Dance to atleast two or three songs at time and try not to stop. Eat more fruite or vegies throughout your day. Personallyy i dig Celery.... with a low fat dip but .... if your dedicated as i am.... try holding the dip and stick to fruites and a low fat yogurt... Try not to starve yourself. It only givesthe oppisite effect of what your looking for. If you dont have much time alone or cant spare an hour,............................................................................make some.... You have to be well and healthy to take care of anyone else. Have your man or women or both takeyou tothe beach and walk onthe sand. Its actually better for you. Do things youv been wanting to do but havent had the chance to. Stress will cause us to gain weight. Go IUce Skating. Dont know how? Learn. Go fishing... dont like it? Try it... You'll sweat and maybe even learn to love it. Go Bowling, hiking, go with a friend to a track and run with him or her,. Its kinda funny really... because i know we all work hard, but when you think about it, We sleep for about (7-9) hours "if we'r lucky", but LAYINGdown, then we get up and SIT for breakfeast, we then drive SITTING down in our caron the way to work, SIT working for hours a day, drive back home WHILE SITTING, open the door, walk to the room, LAY DOWN AND SAY "IM TIRED" lol.... Where's our energy people? Wheres that energy we used to have that no matter what we do, or how long wev done it, we always have time to move and groove and be there for ourselfs instead of wearing ourselves out. No matter if your a chick who likes chicks, dude who likes dudes, chick who digs dudess or vise versa, we need to be healthy and look good to feel better. Get it together..... Take a deep breath and ask yourselves if you want to be stress free, comfortable and HEALTHY which is more important? Hope this helped... P;s Your a hottie anyways.... Just get Healthy =)
