  • i believe in them, because if I didn't I couldn't believe that you exist.
  • I used to believe in them when I was small. However, if you do believe in them, then the spirit will be alive always.
  • NO, I do not. There is no historical evidence for the existence of any of them, no one has ever seen one, neither have they impacted upon the lives of anyone beyond childhood. Moreover, their existence is peculiar to recent times and western society.
  • I dont belive in Santa a man that likes children to sit on his lap and gives them a candy cane for doing that. And ask have you been naughty or nice to children and him coming in my home breaking and entering in the middle of the night or early morning and he puts rock inside a giant sock if you have been naughty. And gives you gifts if you have been nice,Nothing is free you cant just be nice and get free stuff wraped up in a box that is a suprise who knows what is in those boxes. To find something that you didn't want in the first place.Where is my gift my sports car? Toothfairy does he come and put money under mike tysons pillow in the middle of the night?
  • I believe in Santa because I saw the real one when I was 5 but the rest are fake:)
  • I believe in the tooth fairy, for one day I might need a set of dentures.By they will be free,on the tooth fairy.
  • As in "things", yes. "Real", no. Why? Maybe the grown-up is finally getting to take control over me. : (
  • Santa and The Easter bunny, as far as I know are real, Ive seen them both. But the tooth fairy, she sucked so I really don't believe in her, She always forgot or fell asleep and didn't come, I lost all faith in her.
  • I believe in the joy they bring to me--other folks believe they are a big lie and are furious when they find out they are not real
  • I believe in anything that can bring a smile and a measure of happiness to any child young or old so if Santa, The Easter Bunny and The Tooth Fairy can do that then i sure do believe in them.
  • I used to believe in santa and the tooth fairy when i was growing up. I never once believed in the easter bunny because i though the idea was stupid. Now i dont believe in any of them because i got my mum & dad to admit to me when i was about 11 that they were all made up ;)
  • find out what?
  • I found out Santa isn't real when my parents forgot to fill the stalkings one year... Terrible.
  • Oh I found around 10 or so but I still believe in the spirit of them.
  • A girl I know is 20-something in college, and i suspect she might still believe in Santa. I keep feeling like i should say something. Personally, my parents were never big into us believing that. I think i believed in the tooth faerie for a while, but I think it ended in kindergarten or first grade.
  • I figured something was awry when I was a toddler. My parents thought they'd pull a fast one on me by wrapping their presents and "Santa's" presents in the same wrapping paper. My parents, to their credit, didn't even try to backpeddle. The thing about that age group is once they're on to you, they're ON to you... my ex roomie's little girl is the exact same way.
  • Are You trying to tell me Santa isn't real? C'mon! Look at my avatar! Who the heck have I been sending letters to for the last 30 some odd years?
  • I was twelve. =/
  • I still get presents from Santa and my parents still hide chocolates from the Easter Bunny, same as they did when I was little. The only difference is that now my sister and I hide choclates for them too.
  • Sometimes I wish I still did, just because it was an exciting time. But my dad ruined it for me in the 3rd grade. I went to school and told all my friends that none of them were real and they got very angry with me. They asked why I did it, and I wasn't real sure if it was the truth, it was more of a question.
  • Hmmm I don't believe in Santa or the Easter Bunny. I stopped believing around 9 or 10. Now it seems I believe in something far more worse than them two. I believe in this man who claims to have raised the dead and healed the sick and blind. He claims to have fed 5000 with 5 loaves of bread and a few fish. He claims to be able to walk on water. He claims to have been nailed to a cross died and came back to life 3 days later. Who is this crazy person you might ask. His name is Lord of Lords and king of Kings He is Alpha and Omega He is called Jesus and he is my Lord and Savior and I will believe in his holy name and his holy works til it is undeniably proven to me that he is not who I believe him to be.
  • Well, I am not agnostic about the tooth fairy for one good reason, namely that in every case parents always recognize to have brought the money ! I am not agnostic about the presence of unicorns, elves, hobbits or fairies on THIS planet because if they existed, they should have let evidences. However, I am agnostic about the existence of such beings on an other unknown planet or paralell universes, because why there is no evidence for their existence, there are no grounds which speaks against them. Now, for what concerns God's existence, I think that in the absence of evidence, the respective merits of agnoscitism/atheism may be evaluated by assesing if the arguments against God are succesful, like bad design, religious confusion, widespread evil and so forth.
