Aerobic exercise and a reduction in intake should help considerably. Anything that gets your heart rate up such as running, swimming, cycling, team sports, aerobics will be really beneficial. If you are currently unfit this will may be a struggle to start with, but you will get fitter surprisingly fast if you stick with it.

Go vegan. Guaranteed to make you drop a lot of weight with no exercise. Other than that do cardio. Anything that makes your heart beat hard.

Any kind of exercise will build muscle. Building muscle is actually a GOOD thing, because the more muscle you have - the harder your metabolism works to feed those muscles which means you'll burn more calories, even at rest! That being said, cardio is good because it burns lots of calories. You should do an hour of cardio at least four times a week, but change it up so you're not doing the exact same workout every day. For example, swimming twice a week, biking once a week, and walking twice a week. Keep in mind that even if you're exercising, you STILL need to watch what you're eating. Make sure you create a calorie deficit (search the internet for "how many calories should I eat per day?") of about 500 calories UNDER what you should be eating per day to maintain your current weight. Alternatively, a low carb diet may work for you. I've been doing atkins for two months and have already lost almost 30 lbs. you should buy a tape called turbo jam it doesnt matter which one they all work great and one person lost 25 pounds and another lost 75 pound and they both dont have that much muscle

just do crunches and if you have ball put your lower back then your loseing weight or run 1 min and then walk 1 min

i think the best wau for losing weight and not having muscles is by doing aerobics exercises for about 40 min a day ,5 times a week.and then about 30 min of jogging in the park...but don't over do it if ur feeling unwell speak to the doctor ..and keep on trying because everithing is possible
