On my new PS2, the disc tray won't open, there's no display on the TV, and the power indicator randomly alternates between red and green. What should I do?

  Yesterday my playstation was working okay but today when you put the disc in it will only go to the browser/system configuration screen and won't read the disc i have unplugged everything and cleaned everything from dust but i still cannot

  My ps2 will not open unless I have a disk loaded. Without a disk it makes the sound likes its going to open but seems like it is stuck. Any suggestions?
