    A dirty sanchez is when the guy slides out of his partner's butt and wipes the feces off his penis underneath the nose and above the lips of his partner like a mustache. Yes, to many people that's nasty, but I'm simply answering the question lol.

    Dirty Sanchez (also called the filthy Sanchez) is a term used to describe the sexual practice of smearing fecal matter under the nose of the giving partner in the form of a mustache during oral sex,[1] usually accomplished by inserting a finger into one's anus and wiping the material gathered onto the upper lip of one's partner. This act can be seen in the 2006 sex tape Screeched in which Saved by the Bell actor Dustin Diamond acted as cameraman and narrator. [2]
