Has anyone seen Farce of the Penguins? Is it as dumb as it seems?

I almost couldn't get past the first 5-10 min of it and changed channels shortly thereafter. I couldn't believe that Samuel L. Jackson narrated it. It was not only dumb it was terribly crude.
