  • Ice tea: Instant ice tea mix, sugar & lemon juice.
  • Semi-skimmed milk, crushed ice, sugar and Baileys Irish Cream, small amount of evaporated milk and of course, coffee.
  • Take a two litre bottle of milk, and remove anywhere from half to a quarter of a litre, it doesn't really matter. Then, add instant coffee and Sugar, and Shake the hell out of it. Once it is mixed in/dissolved, then have a taste, and add more Coffee or sugar as needed. You're going to need more sugar than normal Hot coffee. Ever had Iced Coffee in a Cafe? Well, that's probably how they do it. Hell, its how they do it at every joint I've ever worked that served coffee as well as alcohol.
  • Make very strong brewed coffee/tea. Pour in glass pitcher and refrigerate. When cold, add a ton of ice. You DID say great. The instant versions are NOT, IMHO.
