You can play this game where you pick like 20 random things and every womna goes through her purse and sees what she has on the list and whoever has the most items gets a prize. Or you can get facts about the groom and change some of them around and have the bride guess which ones are true and false. Those games are fun.

You could get little cloth and then wrap it up like diapers and give everyone one fasten them with safety pins in the middle of one squirt mustard who ever gets the poopy diaper wins a little prize

It depends on the shower. If you're having a coed shower- It'll mostly be snacks and chatting, and then opening gifts. If it's ladies only- you could try some games, depending on the level of how raunchy you want to go, or how polite the company is you could do things like, pin the veil on the bride, to as someone said strippers. Most of the time I remember them always being a wine, cheese, chocolate, story fest. Lots of "I remember the time when George and I..." Funny and sad and happy stories. You could get a running tally of when the bride will get knocked up. I believe theknot.com has some good ideas on what the bridesmaids should do for the bridal shower. Also note, as some may be confused- the bridal shower is NOT the batchelorette party. ;)
