  • i actually did that really effectively once...its just all about managing the sizes of your servings and reallyplanning your whole day out...i ate way more than i had been, but it was all healthy and all broken into like six or seven smaller meals...it keeps your metabolism churning without filling you up, i lost a ton of weight...also try to stop eating before like five o clock at night, thats when your metabolism slows down
  • Try the Atkins diet. Cut out carbs as much as possible. It worked wonders for a relative of mine.
  • Low carb. I started doing Atkins about ten weeks ago, and so far I'm really pleased with the results. I've lost 25 lbs, six inches off my waist, and I look and feel better than I have in years. You to your local bookstore and look for a book called "the atkins essentials". It'll get you started on the first two-week phase of Atkins (you can do the first phase for much longer if you want to lose more weight, too). I've cut all the sugar and refined flour out of my diet, and with atkins I'm able to slowly reincorporate carbohydrate foods (veggies, fruit, beans, grains, dairy) back into my diet one group at a time. Since carbohydrates are also pretty high in calories, I'm naturally eating less calories than I was before I started atkins (that's not why the diet works, though, but I think it definitely helps accelerate the weight loss) while eating MORE food. I eat three full meals and usually two or three snacks throughout the day, whereas before I'd eat probably two meals a day that were loaded with carbs and sugar.
