And Notary certificated 600 6.- You need also before one spanish certificated where explain you are not married . More fast is you ask this to your family in spain 6.- Visit the embassy of Spain in New Dhely (is possible you need more documents like Birth certificated etc) 7.- Get the registration in The embassy of the Spanish Married Certificated 8.- Apply for the FAMILY VISA and FAMILy reagrupation in the Spanish Embassy 9, VISA IS FREE AND YOU NOT NEED TO WAIT WITH other foreigner or wait long days . Visa is make in two days 10.-Resturn with your wife of husband to SPAIN 11.- Aplly here in your twon in SPAIN for resident 12.
