Help answer this question below.

Can an Indian married to a Spanish citizen (marriage registered in India) get permanent resident status in Spain? If so, how soon?

    is very easy.
    1.- FIRSt married in the Court of thr twon is the Indian
    2.- Married need to be in the special process for people not have "legal indian" religion and become from overseas.(this case spanish)
    3.- Get a Notary certification of the married is Valid
    4.- This you get in the court with the married certificated.
    5.- The cost of the married is not more of 1000 rupies try no pay more . And Notary certificated 600
    6.- You need also before one spanish certificated where explain you are not married . More fast is you ask this to your family in spain
    6.- Visit the embassy of Spain in New Dhely (is possible you need more documents like Birth certificated etc)
    7.- Get the registration in The embassy of the Spanish Married Certificated
    8.- Apply for the FAMILY VISA and FAMILy reagrupation in the Spanish Embassy
    9, VISA IS FREE AND YOU NOT NEED TO WAIT WITH other foreigner or wait long days . Visa is make in two days
    10.-Resturn with your wife of husband to SPAIN
    11.- Aplly here in your twon in SPAIN for resident
    12. You have only 6 months for probe all the paper you need in the spanish police
    13 .- The indian get one green DNI and resident in SPAIN
    14.- Indian or any other nationality is not possible go auth of Spain more of 3 months or the the resident is close
