I wrote a paper in grade school saying I wanted to be a life guard when I grew up. I guess I thought that was a serious profession. My reason for wanting to be one though was because I wanted to help people, so my dream is in the process of coming true in a way because I will be able to help many people one day when I finish nursing school.

When I was a child, I wanted to grow up and live in a house just like the TV families I saw, in California, with a pool and children and grandchildren and I do.

When I was a child I wanted to be a sales rep in a major department store. I did that. It drove me nuts after 5 years. I also wanted to be a model. I did that too, and it drove me nuts after 2 years. I do believe dreams can come true. It's just sometimes dreams can become very different when they become a reality.
