It would have to be Bacchus/Dionysus. He is the only genuine one- lusty and drunk. The rest pretend to be nice, then turn on people.

I always loved the story of Persephone. She was the daugher of Demeter, goddess of the harvest (she made things grow). Persephone was beautiful and Hades wanted her so he stole her while she was picking flowers. He held her captive in the underworld, and Demeter refused to make things grow until Zeus found her daughter and returned her. So the world went into winter while Zeus searched. Persephone was so depressed that she refused to eat anything Hades offered her, which was good, because if she had eaten, she would have been forced to stay. (She didn't know this rule.) But she was very hungry, so while Hades wasn't looking, she ate one seed from a Pomogranate. When Zeus discoverd that Hades had stolen Persephone and went to get her, he knew she had eaten the seed, and because of this, could not give her back to her mother for good. But because she only ate one seed, he made a compromise and said that for a few months of the year, Persephone would live with her mother, but the rest of the year must be spent in the underworld with Hades. This is an explanation for the seasons, because while Persephone was with Demeter, she would make thigns grow (spring and summer) but when Persephone left to be with Hades, Demeter refuse to make anything grow, and the world experienced fall and winter. :)

Eos / Aurora Goddess of the dawn - one of the lesser knowns, but since we share a name I have read up on her and she has one of my favorite stories - where she asked Zeus to grant one of her lovers eternal life but forgot to request eternal youth (Tithonus). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aurora_%28mythology%29
