  • Try typing "Taoist 5 element nutrition recipies" or "Maneewan Chia" (a great cook & author) into your search engine ... you will get a long list of fruits, veggies, and things with added Chinese medicinal herbs that help your body adjust to the weather of the day (seasoning is NOT the same as flavouring).
