My brother-in-law in the 70s. He always said it and he was this tall long haired biker guy and never changed as he grew older. But he stopped smoking pot and turned to herion and died on the streets as a John Doe. Took 2 years to identify him finally notifying the family. Sad story but he was the sweetest guy and I loved hearing him say "That's groovey man" I miss him:-(
