  • i enjoy it, skating is fun, i like going for brisk walks, trying to make myself run, biking is fun too. i just dont get out enough.

  • i do alot of rollerblading as time permits me to. there's a trail right around that corner that runs along san francisco bay that cruise up and down every now and then.

  • Yes I love Skating , Swimming, Skiing, but I tend to go to the Gym and do most of my stuff there, I go for runs but also run on the treadmill . The UK weather is not the best for outside workouts. I also go to Dancercise classes, Horse riding and most Extreme sports. I now need to find time for Yoga to relax .
  • I love running, inline skating, cycling and swimming.. however cross-country skiing is a whole nother story, I just dont understand how it can be fun to slide around on two sticks? Thats just my opinion, I would probly like it if i was good at it. haha
  • I love all of those things, do them regularly. Infact, I just got done with a cross country meet. I'm a freshman and I took 20th out of loads of people.
  • I love it! It makes me feel great and confident, AND will help my Tennis game. (Not that I'm a great tennis player yet, but someday!)
  • I do aerobics, treadmill, hiking and ride my bicycle. I tried in-line skating but spent more time on my rear than my wheels.
  • Love aeribics, and any form of dance workouts. Also like swimming and cycling, but jogging is seriously not the thing for me!
  • Cycling up steep hills is the only way I can get the heart rate towards 90% max. I cannot jog or run and get the heart rate above about 80% max. (Sweat-huff-puff)
  • I love to skate {usually fall on my behind more often than not!},bicycle and swim.{skinny dipping when appropriate, no kids}
  • I like using the elliptical trainer machines. They are easy on the knees, and give you the same work out a treadmill would.

My injured knee no longer cares for running. My ballerina ankles used to make in-line skating a challenge, but I'm thinking of taking it up again.
  • I have for nearly all of my life. From ages 2-20 it was walking. From 6-18 it was swimming, From 21 onward mainly cycling. I also liked cycling from 6-12, but not as much as now.
