According to the specs listed here for the CF30 model: http://www.panasonic.ca/english/Office/notebook/cf30_specs.asp It can operate from 5C to 35C (41F to 95F), so that might answer your question. Even ruggedized laptops aren't impervious to the elements, but they're often better equipped than regular laptops.
