At my last doctor's visit. I never weigh myself...I just go by how I feel and how my clothes fit. Weight is just a number.

I stopped weighing myself a year ago, and was just too afraid to step on the scale again in fear of gaining a kilo. I just watched myself in the mirror and how clothes fit. I stepped on the scale yesterday, but wasn't happy!
-
I just wait for the doctor. Instead of telling me what I was before or what I am now, she'll say "you've gained/lost since your last visit", and only if it's a problem. I don't diet though, so I know people who have to probably weigh themselves a lot at home.
-
About a year ago.....threw the scale away....it lied.
-
On Monday, at the doctor's office. It wasn't pretty.

I can't be too obsessive about the scale, as it's a goal to loose weight this holiday season. If not bulemic, or anorexic I don't see any harm in weighing in often, like twice a day, it helps me stay focused on eating less.
-
Three days ago. 158 lbs. But my waist is 29 to 30 inches around. So how do you explain my weight?

My original answer was over a year ago. I weighed this morning. If I put on too much water they'll put me on water pills. I only do chemo every 3 wks now.

This morning. Scales are definitely wrong...

I weigh myself on a weekly basis because I lost four and a half stone to cancer some years ago. It was already at stage 4 when discovered and I was not expected to survive the treatment. I now take my weight and eating habits very seriously.
