Do you spiciest or Hottest...big difference! There are many peppers that are spicy and add a lot of flavour to food...but when you come to hottest I think they have all just about been named...I have personally blistered my mouth on habaneros. they are hot! the only thing to cool such peppers is milk never try water it makes it worse!
