Can a hairdresser get in trouble for selling professional products i.e. professional grade hair dye, bleach, or even hair restruction products such as deep, deep conditioners?

I think you probably could for selling the dye. I'm not sure WHO would get you in trouble, but it isn't made available to the public for a reason. The conditioners and such though, I don't see a problem with.
