"Toki ni Ai wa", by Okui Masami. It's the song being played in "Adolescence of Utena" when Utena and Anthy are dancing together on the dueling ground. Right now it's my FAVORITE song, with "Rinbu REVOLUTION" (the Utena anime's theme song) running a VERY close second. ^_^

Spandau Ballet - True !!! Spandau Ballet was a popular British band in the 1980s. Initially inspired by a mixture of funk and synthpop, the group eventually mellowed into a mainstream pop act. "True" by the band Spandau Ballet is the title cut from their most popular album from 1983. Composed by group leader Gary Kemp, it is a six-minute (in its original album version) slow ballad-like love song that in part pays tribute to the late Motown artist Marvin Gaye and the sound he helped to establish. The song was recorded before Gaye's murder a year later. The song was a huge worldwide hit, peaking at #1 in 21 countries, including in the UK for four weeks and in Australia. It was their biggest and most remembered hit in the US, reaching #4 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 1983 and topping the adult contemporary chart for one week. The group has been forever branded as one hit wonders there as a result despite having several. The band performed the then two-year old song during Live Aid. A new mix by Tony Swain and Gary Kemp was released in 2002 on the compilation album Reformation. lyrics ------ So true Funny how it seems Always in time, but never in line for dreams Head over heels, when toe to toe This is the sound of my soul This is the sound I bought a ticket to the world But now Ive come back again Why do I find it hard to write the next line When I want the truth to be said I know this much is true With a thrill in my head an a pill on my tongue Dissolve the nerves that have just begun Listening to marvin all night long This is the sound of my soul This is the sound Always slipping from my hands Sands a time of ts own Take your seaside arms and write the next line Oh I want the truth to be known
