Just do the San Fierro missions.

You have to get to San Fierro, and after you complete the "Zero" and "Triad" Missions, right before you get a call to do the desert missions, you get another call from that mechanic dude that says you should buy the wang car store. It costs $60,000, but I think its useless. Its only there so you can do car races and import/export cars.
