The channels vary greatly by state to state. Some may have more American channels than another state. It's tough to say that there is no average percentage.

i would say almost 100% of tv shows in the states are american. seriously. i don't know about the uk or australia. in spain they do have tons of american tv shows (dubbed). the us has such a huge tv/movie making industry that it has almost literally taken over the world. look at the oscars or other american award shows...
