Nothing...There's not much I know about him! Rarely see him, and when I do it's fake and awkward. Happy Father's Day Mom!

He hasn't contacted me since i was seven :(

Even though he passed on in 1993, I still feel the love he had for me. He made me feel worthy, safe and special. And was always cracking us up with real funny jokes. He taught me to love God and respect myself and others. I know I am the woman I am today because he gave me the affirmation I needed to feel like I deserved the best and could achieve anything. He wasn't perfect but he was the best Dad he could have ever been to me.

The main thing I can say about my dad is that he brought me up and cared for me despite the fact that he wasn't my biological father. He did a 110% better job than my real father.

he's still alive and kicking

my dad was well-known in our town but for all the RIGHT reasons (usually the scandalous people are remembered): he enjoyed a 40+ year career as a small-business owner with a reputation for great integrity. and even though he had an embarrassing, dorky sense of humor and didn't always understand his 3 daughters, I can attest that that basic integrity applied to all aspects of his life.

He saves lives for a living.

My dad was the most honest person I knew. He had integrity, was a hard worker, never complained about having to work so hard. He was kind, sacrificed for us kids. Family came first. He was all about family, ours and his siblings and parents. He got along with everyone and had a wonderful sense of humor. He's been gone for 2 1/2 years and I still miss him very very much.
