Prisoners do not have the right to vote, nor do non-resident aliens.

Its my understanding that NO prisoners are allowed to vote, that they lose their rights once incarcerated. Besides, if a person is an illegal why would they be allowed to vote in the first place? Of course, this is the US and just about anything goes these days...hmmmm....

Ok, this question is inherently ludicrious (which, since I know you are in law enforcement and well aware of the law, is likely what you intended). In the US, only CITIZENS have the right to vote. Citizens are not, by definition, illegal immigrants. Their status as incarcerated or not doesn't even come into play. That aspect comes into play with CITIZENS. *sigh*
