Billy the Kid wore a pinky ring!
Besides the good old ring finger on your left hand, you can wear a ring on your pinky finger, your middle finger, or for you more daring guys, your thumb. These days nobody really cares about which finger you wear a ring on, as long as the ring looks good and fits the rest of your outfit.

Sure--if you're a wise guy. Sorry Anonymous, but that's the picture I get--some hood at a table in a suit and a fedora, doing business.
No wonder why a lot of people see lawyers wearing them.
Heres another spin for you all to consider. My wife and I recently hooked up with another couple. Yeah were swingers. The four of us promised each other no stepping outside our circle. The women wear necklaces and the men wear pinky rings on their right hands as a token of our promise to each other and our friendship.
I am wearing a pinky ring right now as I type. It depends on wat you think. Don't care about what other people say because at first people laughed about my ring and now everyones wearing one that i know.
If a man wants to wear a pinky ring, he can.
But I'd prefer my man wearing JUST a wedding ring!
I work in a Court House & many of the lawyers all wear pinky rings.
Yes,it is. Nothing "fruity" or strange about it. Kings of old wore their signets on the little finger. (Keeps your other knuckles outta the wax.) And for aaaaages it has been a status symbol. Many lawyers, doctors, accountants and other classy people still follow this tradition. It isn't a "blue-collar" thing, althought the Society of Engineers wear pinky rings. In tradition, for men to wear a ring on their little finger was an indication usually of a Lady waiting for them, common among crusaders. Anyway, hope this helps....
Fuckin' right it is. They are the fuckin' shit.
Engineers (especially in Canada) wear a steel or iron ring on the pinky of their working hand to signify their responsibility as engineers (ie to design bridges, aircraft, cars while holding the safety of the public paramount). The original Canadian Iron Rings were forged from steel of a beam from a collapsed during construction of a bridge killing 75 construction workers. Todays rings are stainless steel.
Absolutley, Perry Mason and Paul Drake both wore pinky rings and were very classy.
My supposedly straight mate Scotty wanted a pinky ring and we (his mates) do not approve.
There are better fashion accessories for a man.
Not unless you are in a certain secret-handshaking society... hence the majority of people in authority wearing them - http://www.masonic-lodge-of-education.com/masonic-signet-ring.html
You should wear a ping ring if you meet the following conditions:
1. You're wearing at least 2 other rings between both hands. Also it helps if you're wearing a thick gold chain around your neck with at least 3 buttons open from the neck.
2. You're with the mafia.
3. You won the superbowl.
3. You're gay and (refer to 1)
I FOUND A GORGEOUS MENS 1/10 CARAT GOLD DIAMOND PINKY RING WITH MY METAL DETECTOR AND AM WEARING IT NOW.THATS WHY I LOOKED UP THIS QUESTION.I WAS LOOKIN AT IT AND THINKING TO MYSELF...WILL PEOPLE THINK YOU ARE A LITTLE FRUITY WEARING A PINKY RING?IF IT WAS 1 OR 2 SIZES LARGER IT WOULD LOOK BETTER ON MY RING FINGER BUT, HEY CAN'T BEAT THE PRICE!!! I always wear one!
I inherited my great-grandfather's wedding band which is too small for my ring finger, and since I'm not married wear on my pinky. With all the crazy tats and piercings people sport nowadays, a pinky ring is a rather innocuous form of self expression.
If a man really wants to wear a pinky ring, then he should. Bear in mind there are people out there who think its ridiculous, but with every fashion choice you will have lovers and haters.
No, it is not fashionable. Pinky rings came into being when the nobility and royal families wanted others to see their coats-of-arms.
However, as with anything, if you wish to wear a pinky ring, then that's your choice!
I hope this helps!
Of course it is!
Lawyers, Business-men, they all wear it (those with class)
and not to forget about frank sinatra, dean martin etc.
A lot of italians wear one, and we all know that italians got style!
yes?
I hafe to say my family came from Italy, and most my family is in the Mafia and its not like it is in the movies. Wiseguys dont go around wearing 8 giant rings on there fingers. They dont wear big thick chains around there necks to. Now sure they have a little ring, but they wear it on special occasions like a wedding, funreal, etc. So when you talk about the American Mafia be sure how you word it. You can easily offend somebody who take stereotypes really seriosly.
Okay, you have two 'looks' with a pinky ring. The formal titled family crest type, usualy yellow gold with your family crest or if you don't have one your three initials. Or the diamond encrusted American Mafioso style. Be careful which one you choose as you'll be sending a message to those in the know. Oh! and please try to avoid the chavy half soverign option.
If you're a baller, you should.
