Why do people go to a university after collage?...do u have to go inorder to get a job? why do u have to get degrees?

People can go to college, then a university, to get a higher degree. The more (and better) degrees you have, the more valuable you will be in the work force. The more valuable you are, the more money you will make. However, my father doesn't have a college degree and he's pulling in $73,000 a year from his job. So you don't NEED a degree, but it would be better if you had one.
