This one got rated way down on the points too. I can't think of any other way to revise this other than add more. (-: If you set a precedent in a case such as this in the Supreme Court, what effects will that have overall? The decision is far reaching and effects all free speech in schools, and apparently near schools also.. *Some find it purely humorous that this got to the Supreme Court - how is it funny that all of the courts before this couldn't make such a simple constitutional judgment?
