It depends what you mean by "blown". The most common failures are... 1) The surround on a speaker driver (usually rubber or foam) deteriorates. This can be repaired by gluing on a new surround. Companies make kits to do this. 2) The wire in the voice coil overheats and shorts out due to excess current (playing too loud). Without special tools, supplies and training this is difficult to repair and a better option is to replace the speaker driver. 3) Due to overtravel (playing too loud), the voice coil gets physically damaged (usually manifests as a "buzzing" noise).
