You need to provide a lot more details than you have. Do you have a rash, flaky skin, lines across your torso? It could be anything from scabies to eczema to an allergic reaction to a washing powder or soap perhaps. I can't imagine what a general store would sell as far as medication goes, except paracetamol which won't help. You could try seeing if they have an anti-itch cream and use that and hope it help until you *can* get to a doctor or pharmacy.
