Some are orange to protect the medications inside. Some cannot be exposed to prolonged sunlight.

Most medicine plastic bottle and glass bottles are amber or dark blue to keep light rays from adversely affecting the medication.

maybe the person who invented those pills bottles His/her favorite Color is Orange.. I think It Was a guy who picked the color, because it's more of a cahcah Orange Color.
