    I don't respect ANYONE for being violent...that is not something that deserves respect in my opinion.

    I do not respect them for being violent, but I do respect the fact that alot of them had violent pasts and got through it and are now doing something with their lives that does not involve killing people and/or dealing drugs and/or pimping ect. Most top rappers grew up in a deprived neighbourhood and as such did not have the best chances in life. I respect anyone that came from that background and made something of there life regardless of if they are a rap star, a folk singer or the CEO of a small enterprise!
