Not for personal use, no. We have however managed magnetic levitation vehicles like trains and boats which would classify as a hover vehicle.

Maybe one day in the future, but if they have no one is saying anything. Right now, it does not seem plausible.

actually yes, but maybe not the sense you mean. Check out the website for Hamecker Schlemer (spelled way wrong, sorry) They have a single passenger hover-craft that has a pair of small handle-bar type things that let you hold on and conrol the throttle. it's pretty F***in' COOL! But pricey!

yes but almost hover skateboard,the company called segway,they have concept self powered skateboad look like hover.it is way cool.
