To make a time capsule that is time reversal proof, you need only build the capsule and climb inside. As you sit there, the capsule will be dragged into the future one second at a time and it is not reversible.

So if you were to try and build a device or capsule to withstand the power of reversal than youre dreaming because every measure you took to make this capsule secure would be undone in the reverse order you assembled it. Anything that happens during a time-reversal is the exact opposite of what had happened before the reversal.
