  • Just a guess here: Maybe the driver needed to access the mp3 player is missing. Have you tried going to the Logik site and download it?
  • i also get the same kimd of error!!i tried a lot but can't fix it.so if u know tell me about player.
  • Was there a CD in the pack with the MP3 player. If there was you probably need to run a setup program from that CD. Failing that, as Barcaluv67 says, look for a driver on the Logik website.
  • I have the same problem, but i know what caused it for me, i accidently unplugged the mp3 player without dismounting it while the computer was showing it as the library in media player. is there any way to fix the problem?
