Sure, provided the person can be counted on to clean up after him/herself. It's a home, and I want people to be comfortable in it.

I allow people to eat anywhere they want to eat as long as they clean up after themselves.

Yes, I live in a studio apartment. My kitchen is also my bed room and living room lol

Yeah, we eat all over the house. Though I automatically don't eat upstairs...I hate food in my bedroom and I'm not going to eat in the bathroom anyway.

Yes, of course. We are very relaxed around here and rarely eat in the kitchen except at big family gatherings..even then some usually end up in the living room. :-)
