generally no... but there are some really deadly varieties that can kill , entangle and digest even a shark

Generally, I would say no. Sharks' skin is covered in scales that are really modified teeth. This is why a shark's skin is rough and can damage you if it brushes against you. I don't think that there are nerves in the scales (dermal denticles).
