  • I would contact your service provider, as this sounds like a problem or a flag server side, in which case you won't be able to change anything at your end. If you can send texts, the server is obviously working, and your routing details (stored locally on your phone) are correct - but if you can't receive, either the routing data on the server is wrong (which usually happens when the provider is in a hurry to re-allocate a telephone number previously in service with another customer) or there's a flag at the server that tells it not to pass the message. Either way, it's something your provider must fix.
