You are just looking at the clock then. It comes around twice a day. It means nothing except that you may be subconsciously aware of that.

Hi there , first of all I'd like to dismiss or rather dispute what people say when they say that you are just looking at the clock and that time obviously happens to come around twice a day . There are 1440 minutes in a day and to suddenly look at the clock and catch one of them ( and a specific one ) twice every day is definitely more than just a coincidence .
There is definitely a higher leveled phenomenon going on and not everyone is tuned in to receive these signs - kind of like how not everyone has the gift of clairvoyants or mediums but we all know that they exist - there are countless books and tv shows by these gifted people who prove that they are tuned into a different frequency than most of us and most of us accept that they are real .
All of us are able to access or are rather ( by their beliefs ) able to receive signs but a huge majority of us choose to ignore them as just coincidence - there are so many people that without even realizing it are tuned into a higher frequency that enables them to be more receptive to receiving certain signs and for a lot of people those signs are numbers .
All you have to do is google 11.11 and 9.11 and you will see countless websites dedicated to the phenomenon of looking at clock at that time . Why are there no other websites dedicated to other times of the day like 10.27 for example ??
It's not bad luck - there is no such thing as bad luck - just because the twin towers went down on 9.11 doesn't mean that 9.11 is a bad luck number . Everything happens for a reason and if anything you should feel blessed that you are in tuned to receive those signs so clearly .
I have been experiencing the phenomenon for the last 15 years especially with the numbers 11.11 and 9.11 . It's not just with clocks though - it can also be suddenly looking at license plates or suddenly looking at the tv screen when there is 9 minutes and 11 seconds or 11 minutes and 11 seconds left to play in the quarter of the football game and I certainly don't see it as bad luck .
There is definitely something going on at a higher level and its nothing to be scared about but its a shame that we don't know exactly what the messages mean

You have been affected by other outside instances (September 11th) that subconsciously triggers something in your brain to link that number and events linked to it back to you...
it would be the same if some event that impacted you in some way occured on another date like December 12th for example... everytime you looked at the clock ... if by chance it was 12:12 your subconscious would remember what happend and trigger that kind of unsetted feeling we tend to get when instances like this happen.
I get it too, a lot of people do I'm sure. 9/11 and 9:11 are probably one of the most common triggers in present day.

I don't know if this will help anyone,but I first started seeing 9:11 2 years ago for about 4 months non-stop. I researched this and found that the two numbers together seem to mean that there is something in your life you need to action. Whether it be work or life. For me, it signified a career change, becasue soon after that, I stopped seeing the numbers. Its now 2 years later, and I am about done with my contract at my current position, and guess what? I started seeing the 9:11 since Nov 17, 2008. Time for action again. Maybe you guys should just seriously sit down and reflect for even a few minuets if things are going well in your life, and if you still have focus on your goals, or if you have maybe swayed away from them. The ONLY connections I think you could possibly be thinking of is 9/11 and or the story/one of the stories when someone got into an accident and it killed the power and the clock got stuck on 9:11 or in most stories 11:11. Other than that, maybe you're crazy? :P

Its got so bad i had to post i see it like 5-6 times a week. You wont believe it but i just saw it a min ago and at the same time i was extracting something from Winrar and i went back to check how long its been running and it said 9.11 Clock and this at the same time is very scary.

I see that time every day, twice per day. ☺ It isn't considered bad luck as far as I can tell. Just because it corresponds to the 9/11 tragedy, doesn't mean it's bad luck. It just means you are reminded of this and are sensitive to it.

People do this all the time.. it could be at anytime, not even significant time that has a meaning.
It has to do with your brain and how it's programmed now to subconsciously look at the clock at that time.
You might glance at the time every now and then and it's not a big deal because it's not a significant number to you, but you just happen to notice it because it doesn't mean anything to you.
My time that I always happen to glance at is 3:11...
that number is significant to me because it's a band that I like and sings one of my favorite songs of all time.
It pops up here and there.. the total on a receipt, the change you that is given back, the time, how long a song is.
Just lots of things... and because it's a significant number to you, you happen to notice it more than you'd notice another time showing up a lot.. such as 8:23.

I too have this happen to me. In fact I was wondering just how I was going to research it on the internet, and came to this discussion. For those who want to down-grade it definitely do not understand what we are talking about. It's almost like a force turns your head so you see 9:11 on the clock. I mean, when this happens to me sometimes it's not like I'm even interested in finding out what time it is or wanting to look at the clock even. It's some strange phenomenon, and I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing it. It's been like 3 years or so for me as well.

this is bizzare i came here out of curiosity i've been seeing 9:11 on my clock for about the last 13 years way before the tower 9/11 every day, and on time. i look at the clock more than twice a day but no matter what at 9:11 i see it. i've even set the clocks 5, 10, 15 minutes apart and guaranteed every time 9:11 9:11 9:11. i dont understand it, but it is what it is. whats even more bizzare is the answer by Lady of Trishalia that comment rings sooo close to home its unreal and the fact that i came here today was do to a video i saw about 11:11 numerology. things are getting stranger and stranger and they seem to be happening for a reason (for me at least) everywhere i go, i meet someone or do something that leads me somewhere else where i find new information and become aware of something new that changes some part of of my life or the way i view things. I believe we are all in this world going to see a major change in things to come.

I cannot believe this. I too have been seeing 9:11 all the time on my clock, phone etc. It started a few years ago and has never stopped. No one I know thinks anything of it; I wonder how widespread this is happening? I think it would be most interesting if we could get our heads together and compare notes - see if we all share anything in common? This is definately worth investigating in my opinion.

Im From Australia, the 9/11 attacks are not as significant to me as what it may be to others in America etc..
However, it has only been within the last 6-12 months that i have been seeing 9:11 on clocks, mostly it has been at night.. I think that as sep 11 is comming up that something significant may happen to me so ive maked it down also the 9 day of the 11 month,(November).
It does freak me out and it is a common thing. I have read all posts about it online..

I keep seeing 9:11 on my clock it is uncanny and happens actually more and more frequently, my wife does the same to me, we talk, look at the clock, 9:11! aggh!. I am a scientist and have to consider the brain conditioning itself to being sensitive to this time. However why this time, why not 2:11? Apparently we are at our lowest energy state at 2pm and 2am, so are we at our highest at 8pm and 8am, (not 9:11) so logically this is perhaps a phenomenom. It is odd. Perhaps it is just a social and cultural timing effect, we do our communicative/thoughtful discussions a few hours after we get home from work, say 3 hours after get home at 6, 9:11?. Also 9,1,1 is quite a number, stamped into our subconcsious on a cultural level. Are we programmed to stop and think at 9:11?

Honestly..it does remind me of 9:11 but is it deeper than that. First it started off with the clocks and now I am seeing it elsewhere. For example, just a few minutes ago someone added me as a friend on facebook...I am their 911 friend..stuff like that happens to me all the time. Or when I look at a clock and it says 9:11..usually the clock is fast or slow by a few minutes. It's not even the right time. And then I'll look at a real clock like my cell phone and it will say 9:11 once again. When the clock says 9:10 or 9:12 I get really relieved..but the number thing just freaks me out..not so much anymore though.

I keep seeing 9:11 on my clock too. I think it had to do with my relationship with God. The weird thing is that I was baptized on 3/9/08 and I received the holy ghost on 3/11/08. But I still see it on the clock. It could be a good thing. However 9:11 means emergency, so who knows. Pray about it. That's what I do.

The only thing that 9:11 on your clock means is that it is one minute past 9:10 and 1 minute before 9:12. Happens twice a day, everyday.

I also have been seeing these a lot recently. Actually not only my clocks excessively present themselves with this number on "coincidence" but also numbers have increased. The back of my credit card turns out 911, my membership number starts to show 911, my VIN on my car shows 911....It has become freaky. No it is not in my head. It is a Universal message of what is probably going to happened. I read further into it. Dr. Jung the famous psychologist has called these SYNCHRONICITY. When coincident is not really a coincident but a message from the events of future. When thoughts precede the events. Go read about it.

I keep on seeing the exact same time, it has been over a month since I have missed 9:11 P.M. . I have fallen asleep at about six, woke up at like 9 something (before 9:11) and somehow saw the time. 9:11 does not mean anything to me. The date doesnt either.

I think that date is engraved into the consciousness of all Americans whether we think of it or not. The mind and our eyes play lots of tricks on us. All vision ultimately takes place in the brain which translates the signals sent to it by our eyes. I hope this stops for you soon, but I would not be alarmed.
