Can anybody offer any help about a malfunctioning driver's side shoulderbelt retracting mechanism on a 1990 Acura Integra?

    Contact Acura. I believe seatbelts are something they warranty for the life of the vehicle. I was able to get my seatbelts in my 87 replaced for free.

    Shoulder belt tensioners wear out after about 5-10 years. Get it replaced.
