No they don't annoy me. Some asks questions because they are inexperience and just need to know facts or others opinions.

No. People asking those usually need help and have nowhere to turn to for advise. If I think I can help I do, if not I read and learn from the best answers, you never know if you will be in a similar situation one day.

Not at all. If I think I can help, I give an advice. But it annoys me if someone asks more times a similar question because they need absolutely an answer. If nobody answers, they should first ask themselves why.
