Blood in your stool is only from some types. there are more then one kind so the symptoms differ, and some dont get any symptoms at all. The general pains from an "ulcer" are: Abdominal pain -May wake you at night -May be relieved by antacids or milk -May occur 2 to 3 hours after a meal -May be worse if you don't eat Nausea Abdominal indigestion Vomiting, especially vomiting blood Blood in stools or black, tarry stools Unintentional weight loss Fatigue Heartburn belching Chest pain If you think you have one just call your doctor or clinic to make an apointment.
