  • it's code, probably, morris code. video tape your cat and download video, I will decode for you.
  • I think you spend too much time inside with your cat. :P
  • My understanding of what they are saying is slow closing of the eyes and slow opening is that they are saying I love you, or I want attention. A tilt of the head with wide open eyes is a "hey, I want you to pay attention to me, look at what I do next, and that will tell you what I want done", half way down and holding them seems to be a simple "I love you" Wide open eyes staring at me seems to be a (why don't you understand me).
  • From cat's international- "Blinking is a very powerful communication as a reassurance signal and is commonly used between cats when they are sitting or lying in a hunched-up, sphinx-like position. I have used the blink to relax house cats, feral cats, and even tigers in the wild...it is important to put them at their ease by allowing them to read the signals that tell them you are not a threat." (It is also a great way to say "I love you" to your favorite feline companion.)" I have personnaly done this with all my cats since a child. It's really cool when they do it back- Google "cat blink" or "cat body language" there are several good descriptions there. no you are not crazy! lol! Heres a good scientific description- http://amos.indiana.edu/library/scripts/catblink.html Shalom Daniel
