Do women (you) wait for the guy to say "I love you" first or do they (you) say it first? What is your reasoning behind which way you chose?

I'm very blunt and forward in life. If I have feelings for a guy, I will let him know. If I'm in love, I'll say it. I've never been afraid to ask a guy on a date or to be my boyfriend.

If I feel the need to say it first, I will. I won't wait until he says it- he may be waiting for me! I just do what feels right in the relatinship- not going by gender rules.

When I started dating my husband i waited for him to say it because i did not want him to think i was moving to fast or clingy. but once he said it first i have never stop telling him how much i do love him
