Watch your local listings! The E! channel runs a THS (True Hollywood Story) on the Price is right. Also A&E and the Biography channel show the Bob Barker bio. There was a behind the scenes special on the TV Guide station dedicated to the show too. All of these provided behind the scenes secrets!
I would guess that all of that would be a VERY highly kept secret. Anyone who's looking into the persons on the show, would be red flagged as someone trying to find out in advance what the items are and what they cost. I don't know if the assistance are aware of the cost of the items on "The Price is Right" but even if they didn't, they would be under a strong contract not to talk to anyone regarding the show, other than shaking of hands and kissing babies

If you are on the Price Is Right and you win a car (or someother item), do you have to take the prize or can you just get the cash value?
