All automobile license plate frames must not cover, hide, or be designed, so that the frame does not expose the entire state license plate and its information. its a violation of each state's registration law. example: if your license plate frame covers the expiration date of your plate, you can be stopped and cited for same. fancy frames are ok, just make sure the plate information is completely visible.
