You figure out what you like to do - and DON'T make a career of it. Do what you're good at, but neutral about. Doing what you love for a living is often a bad choice, people end up losing a hobby!

There are several viewpoints on this topic depending on where you are at. Several tests are available, but not always helpful. I would recommend Johnson O Connor research foundation* just because they have exemplary aptitude tests. Notice I said aptitude, not interests. Interests are wonderful, but they change over time. Aptitudes are like fingerprints. You have them for life. Examples of aptitudes are like musical or artistic ability, especially if you can do either without any formal training. I once asked a millionaire how he became successful. He told me three things: 1)Find something you love to do. (that comes natural to you.) 2)Be better than anyone else at what you choose to do. 3)Be the only one in a hundred mile radius who does what you do. Naturally, there are a few other things to know. * My opinion only. There are other tests which may be helpful.
