I found a white oval pill with "5113" and a V like symbol on on one side of it and the other side is blank, what is this?

    There have been reports that "Direct Dispensing" have some trouble with FDA. Perhaps, "5113 V" pill should be more carefully substituted with a different version of Darvocet-N 100
