Speak with your teacher and get yourself assigned to an exisiting group.
-
Turn around and say to the nearest group of people "Hey I'm not in a group, can I join yours?" If they are normal nice people they will say sure and fill you in with whats going on. If they are jerks they will say no, and then you can turn to the next group and ask, knowing that the first group is a group you woudn't want to be in anyway.
-
Yeah. Just ask if you can be in someone else's group, and if they all say no.. at least you tried and the teacher can't fault you.
-
just ask the nearest group and usually they will say yes. but if they just want to be rude, then they will make an excuse like, "groups can only have four members, so we're full." Try another group, and if they say no/make an excuse, then talk to the teacher. Talking to the teacher should be your last resort. You need to be able to advocate for yourself too.
