  • Yes. When you've got 2-3 guys on horseback throwing spears into the animal's back, I think it sort of takes the "Sport" out of it. I saw it once in Mexico, and swore I'd never see it again.
  • Just a little..I mean, you have men with spears and horses versus a bull...where is the fighting? Now..if you want to put a man in the arena with a bull..no weapons..that would be fair..
  • I do. They hurt the bull with spears and chase it down on horse back. That's not a sport that's a free for all at the bulls expense.
  • Yes, it's very cruel.
  • without a doubt. it just aint right. i mean, killing ANYTHING for sport is just wrong.
  • definitely! why must those people make use of the poor animal for fighting?=(
  • yes, it is disgusting and cruel. whoever does anything like this(bullfighting, dog fighting, etc.), who do it as a part of their culture or just for entertainment, should face a death that consists of brutality and suffering because that is what you are causing the innocent animal to go through. and anyone who watches this as a spectator is just as guilty. it is cruel and should be illegal. it is absolutely barbaric and insane to put an innocent animal through all that suffering.
  • Very obvious answer. Any time a sport involves torture then killing it is cruel.
  • Bullfighting is a very cruel sport and the bull suffers much pain when it is stabbed with the spears. The sick people who go to watch are mainly tourists, and are mostly to blame for for the continuation of this barbaric cruelty.
  • It is tradition. it is cruel.
  • The bull is put to death in a slow excruciating manner....I think that qualifies as a yes. I hate that so-called sport. I'd like to do it to the Matadors and see if they like it! Bastards!!!
