Rented a movie. i expected to see the movie, only. instead, i had to watch 12 minutes of commercials, before the movie. i was ticked, how about you?

yeah, i hate those and you can't even fast forward through them. they like force you to watch it. ufff.

Personally I like watching those commercials, as they help me see what kinds of upcoming releases are imminent, and whether I want to watch them or not. However, in the event that the films in teh commercials do not interest me, then it's a real pain that you cannot fast forward through them

Eh, they don't really bother me. But I do think that if you're trying to get people to like your product it probably isn't such a good idea to piss them off first.

I dislike those too. Most of the time I press the MENU button on the remote to skip them. Some companies have programmed the DVD so you can't even do that, but until the previews/commercials are over. I HATE those.

i don't like getting ads on things i pay for like movies rentals or going to the theatre. at least on rentals i can hit the menu button and skip them, most of the time.
